Beaches
Sidari beach is divided into three parts, the main beach is a long sandy bay, where the water is calm and shallow making it a favourite for families with children. The other beaches are found near the harbour to the east and the famous coves of the Canal D'Amour to the west. The Canal D'Amour is an area of eroding cliffs that have formed several sand and shingle coves. Megali sand and shingle beach has coves that are generally shallow enough to be ideal for children.

Local information
The Canal D'Amour is north of Sidari. It is a beautiful bay with cliffs stretching far out to sea on either side. The name comes from the belief that swimming through a natural archway - that has since eroded - brought eternal love.
